1. Who we are

TGCATALOG OÜ, operating the Product Setter website (“Product Setter”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy applies to productsetter.com and enquiries made through the Site.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may process:

• business contact details and information you enter in an enquiry form, including email address, company name, website URL, product count, availability of 3D models and your message;
• the page URL, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM, Google click or Meta click identifiers associated with an enquiry;
• communications and meeting details when you contact us or book through the linked calendar service; and
• technical request data ordinarily processed to deliver and secure a website, such as IP address, browser, device and request timestamps.

3. How and why we use information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, arrange demonstrations, communicate about requested services, protect the Site, diagnose technical issues and understand the source of a business enquiry. We rely on steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving a business website, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where the law requires it.

4. Browser storage, embedded demos and external links

The Site uses session storage to preserve campaign and referral details during your browser session. This is cleared by the browser when the session ends. The Site does not currently set its own analytics or advertising cookies.

Interactive 3D demonstrations from Greatcatalog load directly when the page opens. The provider may receive technical data and may use its own storage under its privacy policy. Google-hosted fonts are used to display the Site. If you follow the booking link, Google Calendar processes your visit under Google’s terms and privacy policy.

5. Sharing and international processing

We share information only as needed with providers that host and secure the Site, deliver email, provide embedded demonstrations, or support meeting booking and communications. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction. Where information is processed outside the EEA, we use safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including follow-up on an enquiry, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the nature of the correspondence and applicable legal obligations.
