1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to productsetter.com and its pages (the “Site”). The Site is operated by TGCATALOG OÜ (“Product Setter”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. What the Site provides

The Site presents Product Setter’s 3D and augmented-reality services, includes interactive third-party demonstrations, and lets business visitors request information or book a meeting. Site content is for general information only. Submitting a form, viewing a demonstration or booking a meeting does not itself create a contract or guarantee the availability, scope, price or delivery date of any service.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site only lawfully and for legitimate business enquiries. You must not:

  • interfere with, probe, overload or attempt to bypass the Site’s security;
  • use automated means to scrape or copy the Site without written permission;
  • upload malicious code or submit false, unlawful or misleading information; or
  • use the Site or its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, Product Setter branding, text, layout, software and original media are owned by or licensed to TGCATALOG OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer names, product designs and demonstration assets remain the property of their respective owners. No right or licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

5. Third-party services and links

Interactive 3D demonstrations are delivered by Greatcatalog, and meeting links may open Google Calendar. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, content or conduct of third-party websites and services.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Examples, performance figures and demonstrations are illustrative and do not promise identical results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TGCATALOG OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update the Site and these Terms. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply under the law of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
